The document module allows you to use different field types in your document depending on the information you need to collect from your customers and patients. You can choose between larger and smaller text fields, drop-down menus, file uploads, signature fields, and more.

PDF & Secure Communication

Your online documents can be generated as PDFs when needed and sent via a secure connection directly from the customer card in the booking system to patients, customers, partners, and similar contacts.

Auto-Fill

Documents can be auto-filled with information already stored in the customer's profile in Gecko. This saves time for the customer when filling out fields such as name, address, age, and CPR number, as these are pre-filled when they receive the document.

Reminders & Notifications

Receive reminders via email or SMS when your customer or a partner has completed their part of the document, or if a colleague has added an important note. You can also receive notifications if a document has been deleted.

Notes

Add internal notes to the document, which are saved on the customer's profile in Gecko. This makes it easy for you and your colleagues to keep track of important information related to the work process surrounding the document.

Sign Online

Your documents can be signed digitally by you, your customers, and partners. Signatures can be performed electronically on various devices, including touch devices and ePad-ink™.
