Guides - Customer forms

You can access forms filled out by a particular customer on the customer's profile. From here, you have access to filling out the second part of the three-part form.

You can see a list of the forms the customer has filled out divided between the two types of forms. You have the following options:

• ID: You can see the ID of the form.
• Name of form: You can see the name of the form the customer has filled out.
• Ques. / Res. / Satis. date (Three-part form): If the form consists of three parts, you can see when the different parts of the form were filled out.
• Created the (Simple form): If the form is of a simple type, you can see when the form was created.
• Last edited the (Simple form): If the form is of a simple type, you can see when the form was last edited.
• Completed (Simple form): If the form is of a simple type, you can see if all the spaces in the form has been filled out. This will be indicated with a 'Yes/No'. 
• Booking (Three-part form): If the form consists of three parts, you can be transferred to the specific booking. If the form is not associated with a specific booking, you can do this under 'Choose specific'. Here, you can also create the form without a booking, i.e. end with a date instead of a booking.
• Edit answers: You can edit the customer's answer. By following this link, you can fill out part two of the three-part form (see Edit form answers for more information).
• Show answers: You can see the customer's answer. The page to which you are transferred is the same as under ‘Edit answers' (see Edit form answers for more information).
• PDF: You can retrieve a PDF report with the customer's answers. Please note that if the form consists of three parts, the PDF report must be created before it can be retrieved. The customer's PDF report is created under ‘Edit answers' (see Edit answers for more information).

You can likewise create a new form for the customer. Choose the desired form and click on ‘Create form'. The form has now been created and can be filled out.
