Guides - Physical examination

You can enter the results of your physical examination under the tab 'Physical examination'.

At the left side of the page, you have the option of entering a number of information about the customer's hygiene, periodontal status, teeth / bite, and foundation. You can access the information in the different categories by pressing the different tabs.

Remember to press 'Update' in order to save any changes!

At the right side of the page you have the option of filling out a tooth map. You can use the tooth map in two different ways:

• You can choose which tooth you want to note information about in the tooth selector and then press the icon that represent the information you want to note about the tooth in question. By doing so, the system will automatically insert the icon on the chosen tooth. When you have chosen a particular tooth, you also have the option of entering a remark about the tooth in question.
• Instead of choosing a specific tooth, you can leave the tooth selector at 'Choose tooth'. You can now insert the icon exactly where you want by pressing the desired icon and then the desired spot on the tooth map.

If you want to note information about a tooth not covered by the icons, you can draw on the tooth map by pressing the pencil icon. You can delete icons and drawings by pressing the ereaser icon and then the icon or drawing you want to delete.

Remember to press 'Update' in order to save any changes!
