Guides - Advanced 2.2 daily view

The advanced 2.2 daily view provides you with an overview of a particular day. Here you can view both the available working hours and booked appointments. You can choose to view a single calendar or all calendars at once.

In the advanced 2.2 daily view, working hours appear as a part of the calendar background, taking the form of a coloured vertical bar, for example, as the green one shown above. However, you decide what the workings hours appear like in terms of colour and type. If you are unsure about what a colour indicates, let the pointer hover over the specific working hour of which you are in doubt. If you do not distinction between different types of work, all created working hours will appear as green.

Please note! The use of work types requires the purchase of the Cash Register Add-On module.

Additional colours and symbols indicate the same as in simple daily view.

In addition to the possibilities that you have in advanced daily view, you also have the possibility to:

• Make bookings directly in your calendar by double-clicking on the desired time. You can also create a customer when you create a booking directly in the calendar - read more in this .
• Use 'drag-n-drop' on an existing booking
• Customize the information you want to see on each booking

You can use the 'drag-n-drop' function by simply "dragging" the bottom of a given booking to respectively shorten or lengthen it. You can also choose to "drag" at the top of the booking, thereby moving the booking to another time slot or to another calendar that same day.
