When KØN Museum transitioned to Gecko, it was a huge relief for our front desk staff, who had previously spent a significant amount of time handling phone calls from teachers looking to book educational programs at the museum.  
Now, the process is smooth and hassle-free for both teachers and museum staff.  
Teachers receive booking confirmations and reminders, ensuring they have all the necessary information and remember to attend their scheduled sessions.
