With Gecko, you can create and automatically send out online questionnaires via your booking system or event management system. The online questionnaire can also be sent manually depending on your needs. Responses are received and automatically registered directly on your customer's profile in the booking system. You don’t need to do anything other than read them.
You can customize your forms and questions to match the information you need and the type of survey you want to conduct. There are many ways to ask questions, and thus many ways they can be answered. Whether customers need to write free text, rate on a scale from 1 to 10, or check a yes/no box, there are countless possibilities. You can always add, edit, copy or delete questions in your questionnaire.
By integrating questionnaires into your online booking form, you can gather relevant and necessary information before your customers can book an appointment or before they arrive for their treatment. This eliminates the need to collect this information at the start of the treatment time. To use our online questionnaire module, you need either the booking module or the event module. If you already have one of these modules, you can easily activate the questionnaire module for a fixed monthly price of EUR 14,- excl. VAT.
Once the module is activated, it works immediately. All modules in Gecko integrate seamlessly, making it incredibly easy to use.
