With online payment, you can effortlessly accept payments directly through your website during booking and registration. This feature also drives sales by allowing customers to conveniently purchase gift vouchers, multi-use passes, and subscriptions online. The process is fully automated, ensuring enhanced security for both you and your customers. By eliminating unnecessary payment steps, you minimize the risk of input errors, reduce paperwork, and avoid time-consuming follow-ups. When customers book an appointment online, they can conveniently pay for their treatment during the booking process. By enabling online payment in your booking module, customers can choose their preferred payment method after selecting a treatment and time, completing both the payment and booking in one seamless step. Our modules are designed to work effortlessly together across the system. Activating online payment ensures automatic integration with all the modules you already use, such as booking, events, and vouchers, for a streamlined experience.
Online payment requires that you have purchased our POS System before you can receive payments online for your products and services. Additionally, you need a payment gateway and an acquiring agreement. The payment gateway is included in the online payment subscription with Gecko, but the acquiring agreement must be applied for and paid separately. The acquiring agreement enables payments with Mastercard, VISA, and other international payment cards.
Which acquirer you should choose depends on your business needs.
Once you have an acquiring agreement, the card acquirer will handle the transactions on your behalf. This means that they are authorized to transfer your customers' payments to your account, verify sufficient funds on the customer’s payment card, reserve the payment amount, and deposit it into your business account.
The price for online payment is EUR 20,-* per month excluding VAT.
* Additional costs are associated with the transactions. The price per transaction varies depending on which acquirer you choose. Furthermore, there will be extra costs for automatic payments.
