Manual SMS messages

You have the option of sending manual SMSes to a specific customer or to an entire class or waiting list.

In the daily and weekly view, all customer bookings contain a letter symbol.
If you press this symbol (whether the booking is a class booking or a booking made by a single customer), you have the option of sending a manual SMS to the customer(s).

Similarly, you have the option of sending a manual SMS to a customer by pressing the button named ‘Send e-mail/SMS' located at the top right corner of the customer's profile.


Once you have clicked on the letter ikon, you have to choose whether you want to send an SMS or an E-mail to the customer. 
If you choose to send a SMS, your options will be similar to those shown in the screenshot below.

 

In the text field you can write the message you want to send to the customer. 
Under the text field, you have the opportunity to keep track of how many characters you have types and how many text messages your text fill.


You can see the customer(s) who are listed as the recipient(s) of the SMS to the right.
You can deselect a customer by removing the tick. When the SMS is ready to be sent, ‘Send message' is pressed. The SMS has now been sent!
