Do you need to gather knowledge about your customers prior to an appointment? With our questionnaire module, you have the opportunity to create different types of questionnaires that you or your customer can easily fill out.

You can make a consultation card that must be filled in immediately after a booking has been made, so that you can prepare for the agreement. You can also create questionnaires for evaluation that are sent out after the appointment. The module also allows you to create PDF reports with the questionnaire response, which can either be used internally or sent to the customer via e-mail.
