Guides - Edit form
Edit form
When you have created a new form, it is created as an empty form containing no spaces. You can create the spaces that the customer should fill out by clicking on 'Edit form' opposite the desired form on the list of forms. At the bottom of the page you can create a new space. In order to create a new space, enter the name of the space that functions as the "question" the customer should answer. If the form consists of three parts, you then need to determine the position of the space. You can choose between before booking (questionnaire), where the customer will be able to fill out the space at the time of booking, during booking (result form) where you can fill out the space during the treatment itself, and at next log in (satisfaction form), where the customer is asked to fill out the space the next time (s)he logs into online booking after the treatment has been performed. You then need to choose the type of the space. You have the following options:
Finally, click on 'Create space'. The space has now been created and appears in the list of questions/spaces. |
