Edit report content
Before you can create a PDF report with the customer's answers, you must determine which spaces and answers should be included on each report page. You have the option of personalising the pages by determining the layout of each page. You can edit a report page by pressing ‘Edit content' opposite the desired report page. |
The content of each report page is entered in the text editor as shown in the screenshot above. You can determine the font size, insert pictures, change font colour etc. The text editor works the same way as e.g. Microsoft Word. You can write text in the space, e.g. headlines, and insert spaces and answers from the form. In order to insert spaces and answers from the form, you need to use the substitution codes of the form. These can be found on the list of form spaces. When using a substitution code, the code is substituted for whatever the code refers to in the PDF report, containing the customer's answers.
