Export data

You can export all customers' answers to a particular form to a -.csv file that can be read by e.g. Microsoft Excel. This is done by pressing 'Export data' opposite the desired form.

In order to export the data, you need to enter a period in which the customer's form should have been updated in order to be included in the export. Only forms last updated in this period will be included in the export. Opposite ‘Company' you need to choose whether you want to export answers from a particular customer group or whether to complete the export across all customer groups. Afterwards, opposite ‘Results' you need to choose how to include the customers' answer in the export. You can choose between text, where the customer's answers are included as text, numerical values, where the customer's answers are included as the numerical values of the answers, and numerical space No. where the customer's answers are included as the answer numbers the customer chose. Text, numerical value, and numerical space no. are set under the settings of each space (See Edit form space for more information). You can put a tick opposite 'Include deleted spaces', if you wish that spaces that was once filled out by the customer and afterwards deleted, should also be included, when you export your data. 


Finally, click on 'Export data', and the export is initiated.
