Guides - Edit form space
Edit form space
When you have created a new form space, it is often necessary to edit the space further. For instance, it can be necessary to enter the options between which the customer can choose. You can edit a form space by pressing ‘Edit' opposite the desired form space on the list of form spaces. Space type: Here you can see which field type the form space is. Your options vary depending on the type of field in question. This is an exampel of drop down. Required spaces?: Here you can determine whether the space is required, i.e. whether the space must be filled out before the customer can continue. Default null value?: Here you can determine. what should be written at the top of the drop-down list. By default, the null value is ‘Please choose'. Satisfaction form: Here you determine whether the answer should be included in the satisfaction calculation. Create option: Here you can create options/values. Value: Here you can edit your questions. Value - numeric: Here you can edit the numbering. The customer will not be able to see this value, but it can be used when you export data from the Form Add-On (see Export data for more information). If the chosen form represents a satisfaction survey, entering the numerical values becomes very important, as it is the numerical values that are used for calculating the customer's satisfaction score. If this is the case, the numerical value of the response options you create must be based on a 0-10 scale where a higher score indicates greater satisfaction. The least desirable answer must therefore be assigned a numerical value of 0 and the most desirable answer must be assigned a numerical value of 10. The above screenshot shows a space of the type 'Drop-down list (select)'. Your options will differ depending on the type of the space. In all cases you have the option of changing the name of the space. You also have the option of changing font size, font colour etc. Delete: Here you can delete the answers. If you delete a value, it will still appear on the forms that have already been started, but it will be indicated that the value has been 'deleted'. The deleted value will not appear on all the following forms. |

Please note that only space types with multiple response options are used for calculating the satisfaction score, i.e. only spaces of the type 'Tick answer (radio-buttons)' and 'Drop-down list (select)' (see Satisfaction survey for more information). |
