Guides - iCal in Google Calendar

When the iCal feature has been activated on the desired calendar (See Activating the iCal feature in GECKO Booking for more information), you can link the calendar to your Google Calendar.

In order to add your GECKO Booking calendar to Google Calendar, you must choose 'Add calendars' and afterwards 'From URL'.

This is illustrated in the screenshot below.  

As shown in the screenshot below, you must then enter the url link to your GECKO Booking calendar. You should NOT tick that the calendar should be made publicly accessible.

Afterwards, press ‘Add calendar'.

Your GECKO Booking calendar will now be added to Google Calendar. Please note that this might take several minutes to complete. The calendar has been added when a box appears notifying you that the calendar has been imported successfully. This is shown in the screenshot below.

The linkage is now complete, and you can view your GECKO Booking calendar in Google Calendar.
