Filtering of statistics by customer spaces

In GECKO Booking you can view statistics of your bookings. The booking statistics can be accessed by pressing ‘Statistics' opposite the desired customer group on the customer group overview that appears when you press the menu item ‘Customers'.

Your general statistics options are explained in the main guide. The reader is therefore referred to this guide for an explanation of these options (See the guide Main guide for more information). If you have purchased the Record Add-On, you have, in addition to these general options, the option of using your fixed customer spaces as search criteria. For instance, if you have created a customer space named 'Do you take medicine daily?', to which the customer can answer 'Yes' or 'No', you can choose that the statistics should only include bookings made by customers who have answered 'Yes' to this question.

As shown in the screenshot, all customer spaces will be listed under the general statistics options. By default, all are listed as 'Do not include', i.e. the statistics are made without taking into account what the customers have answered. However, opposite each space you can choose an answer that your customers must have answered in order for their bookings to be included in the statistics. As always, when you have chosen the desired search criteria, you must remember to press 'Update view' in order to update the view.
