Guides - Activate online payment

With the Online Payment Add-On you can receive online payment for your services and/or vouchers. When you want to receive online payment, you must, in addition to purchasing the add-on itself, also enter into a merchant agreement. The Online Payment Add-On and the merchant agreement enable your customers to pay online using credit cards. Different rules and regulations must be obeyed when you want to receive online payment and enter into a merchant agreement. In addition to activating online payment generally and obeying the associated requirements and rules, online payment must be activated in the booking system itself. You can activate online payment in the booking system in two different ways depending on your needs:

1. You can activate online payment for your services: Activating online payment for services requires that you have purchased the Cash Register Add-On, as it is in this add-on that item numbers, prices, etc. are administrated. See Activate online payment for services for more information.
2. You can activate online payment for your vouchers: Activating online payment for vouchers requires that you have purchased the Gift Voucher Add-On, as it is in this add-on that vouchers are created and administrated. See Activate online payment for vouchers for more information.

When an online payment for a service or a voucher has been made, it will be listed under the menu item 'Online order' (See Online order for more information).
