Guides - Overview of vouchers bought by a customer

You have the option of viewing a list of which voucher purchases each individual customer has made. This list can be accessed under the customer's profile that appears when you choose the customer in the customer database.

You can see a number of information about the purchased voucher including its id, code, type, creation date, recipient name, value at the time of purchase, and balance on today's date. You can use this information to locate a customer's voucher quickly, e.g. if the customer has forgotten the printed voucher but desires to make a purchase with the voucher. In this scenario, you can copy the code of the voucher and insert it in the cash register system.

By pressing 'Go to /show' under the column 'Edit' opposite the desired voucher, you will be transferred to the specific voucher. At this page the voucher can be printed and changes can be made (See Edit specific voucher for more information).
