Guides - Administration

When you are logged in, you can see your options in the menu at the top of the page.

In the menu to the left you have the following options:

• Quick book
• Calendars
• Customers
• Cash register (If the Cash Register Add-On has been purchased)
• Vouchers (If the Gift Voucher Add-On has been purchased)
• Documents (If the Document Add-On has been purchased)
• Settings

At the top of the page, you have the following options:

• Under Admin you can access your information and log out.
• Under Name - agreement number you can access:
  • 'To online booking', where you have the opportunity to see what the booking system looks like for your customers.
  • 'Switch to Danish', where you can change the language to Danish. It only affects the administration part of GECKO, i.e. the part you see.
• Lock screen.
• Remind: Here you can see a reminder list. 

At the bottom of the page you will find our 'Get help' button. By clicking on the button, you get a number of options. The help system consists of three elements: video guides, guides and frequently asked questions. 

In our guides you can read in detail about all our functionalities. The Frequently Asked Questions section is used to describe more specific problem formulations and their solutions. 

The content of 'Get help' always adapts automatically to the page you are on. Are you, for example in Quick Book, you can find guides on Quick Book.
