Calendars

Calendars often represent different employees in a company, but a calendar can also be a premise, a class, an event, etc.. At least one calendar must be created in order for services to be booked, as a service is always booked via a calendar.

When a customer books an appointment, (s)he will by default see the name of the calendar and have the option of choosing which calendar to book in (this can be changed at  Front-end. Page 1 – Logged in).

Working hours must be created for all calendars, as working hours define the time period in which customers can make bookings in the calendar. If working hours have not been created, it is not possible to make bookings in the calendar.
