Guides - Monthly view

The monthly view provides you with an overview of an entire month. You can choose to view one or all calendars at once.

Colours and symbols
Today's date is indicated by a grey background. Otherwise, each day is marked with a particular colour that indicates the status of the day:

• Orange: At least one customer has booked an appointment online.
• Red: Staff has booked at least one appointment for a customer via quick book or directly in the calendar.
• Yellow: Staff has booked at least one appointment via quick book or directly in the calendar, but no customers have been attached.
• Green: Working hours have been created, but no bookings have been made.
• Grey: No working hours have been created on the date. Hence, no bookings can be made.

Shortcuts
If you click on a particular day or calendar name, you will automatically be transferred to the daily view.
If you click on the week number to the left, you will automatically be transferred to the weekly view of that week.
