Installation of receipt printer

The first thing you need to do is to install the receipt printer on your computer. This is done by inserting the receipt printer in the USB port of your computer and following the installation guide that came with your printer. Alternatively, you can download the newest driver (installation program) on the manufacturer's website:

When the installation has been completed, we recommend that you reboot your computer. When the computer has been rebooted, you need to insert a receipt roll in the receipt printer. The receipt printer can be opened by pressing the button on the right side of the printer. A guide explaining how to insert a receipt roll in the printer is printed on the inside surface of the receipt printer cap.

You are now ready to configure your receipt printer, thereby enabling you to print receipts from your booking system (See Configuration of receipt printer for more information).
