Guides - Sales statistics in period (employee)

You have the option of viewing statistics of your shop assistants' sales divided between item groups. You can view statistics for a single shop assistant or for all shop assistants at the same time

From: At the top of the page you can choose which period you want to see sales statistics for. Opposite View you can determine whether to view sales statistics combined for all shop assistants as well as separately for each shop assistant (Show full) or whether you only want to see the combined sales statistics (Show total only).

Item type: You can choose whether to show all item types or whether you do not want to show gift vouchers. Please note that the other voucher types are still shown.

Item group: you can choose whether to view sales statistics divided between all item groups (i.e. including subgroups) or whether you want to view sales statistics summed for main groups (i.e. sales statistics for subgroups are included in their main item groups).

Multipas value: Finally, you can determine whether the value of used MultiPass vouchers should be included. If the value of used MultiPass vouchers is included, the value of used passes will be calculated and included, e.g. a pass from a MultiPass voucher with 10 passes sold for £100 will have a value of £10. When you have entered the desired search criteria, press 'Show period'. The list of sold items will now be updated.

At the bottom of the page you can view sales statistics for the chosen period. Please note that if discount vouchers have been used, these will be listed separately and be deducted from the total amount. This is due to the fact that the price of the discount voucher has been included in the sales statistics, and the price of the item that is paid for using the discount voucher should therefore not be included again.
