You can edit the settings of each multi calendar booking. This can be done by clicking on ‘Edit' under ‘Settings' opposite the desired service on the service overview. Most settings found here are similar to those found in all other services. For an explanation of these settings, the reader is referred to the guide Main guide. However, you have additional options when the service is a multi calendar booking. These settings are listed under the tab ‘multi calendar booking settings'.

You have the following options:

• Number of calendars: You can choose how many calendars the service is to be booked in. For multiple calendar booking, choose two. 
• Booking extra spaces: If you wish to get more information about the participants in the multi calendar booking, you can create Extra spaces. Under 'Booking extra spaces - Fill out per booking' you choose, what you wish the customer need to fill out about the participants, there has been booked an appoinment for - e.g. name and phone no. for each participant.

Remember to press 'Update' in order to save any changes!
