Create multi calendar booking
Like all other services, multi calendar booking services must be created before they can be booked by customers. In addition to creating the service itself, the same number of calendars must be created, in which the multi calendar booking can be booked. The service itself can be created on the service overview that can be accessed under the menu item ‘Settings' -> ‘Services'. At the bottom of the page you can create new services. If you have created multiple customer groups, you must choose which customer group you want to create the service in. This is done by choosing the desired customer group opposite ‘Show services for customer group'. |
Once the service has been created, you now have to create calendars where the service can be booked. Be sure to set the calendar's working hours. The working hours are the time when the multi calendar booking can be booked. Remember to activate the multi calendar booking in the relevant calendars. This is done under the calendars settings. The service is activated by choosing the box 'Active?'. Remember to click 'Update'. The multi calendar booking is now active, and is automatically booked in this calendar. |
