Guides - Substitution codes: Customer group

You can here see a list of the substitution codes that can be used to insert information about a customer group, e.g. in confirmation and reminder e-mails:

• [CUSTOMERGROUPNAME] is replaced by the name of the customer group to which the customer belongs.
• [CUSTOMERGROUPID] is replaced by the customer's current customer group. 
• [CUSTOMERGROUPDESCRIPTION] is replaced by the customer group description that has been entered about the customer group to which the customer belongs. The customer group description can be entered under the settings of the customer group.
• [CUSTOMERGROUPDESCRIPTION_2] is replaced by the second customer group description that has been entered about the customer group to which the customer belongs. The customer group description can be entered under the settings of the customer group.
• [CUSTOMERGROUPDESCRIPTION_3] is replaced by the third customer group description that has been entered about the customer group to which the customer belongs. The customer group description can be entered under the settings of the customer group.
• [BOOKINGSERVICE_CUSTOMERGROUPNAME] is replaced by the name of the customer group to which the customer's booking belongs.
• [BOOKINGSERVICE_CUSTOMERGROUPDESCRIPTION] is replaced by the customer group description that has been entered about the customer group to which the customer's booking belongs. The customer group description can be entered under the settings of the customer group. 
• [BOOKINGSERVICE_CUSTOMERGROUPDEFAULTCOUNTER] is replaced by the number of bookings that each customer in a customer group is allowed to make. The number of bookings can be entered under the settings of the customer group.  
• [BOOKINGSERVICE_CUSTOMERGROUPID] is replaced by the id of the customer group booked in. 
• [BOOKING_CUSTOMERGROUPID] is replaced by the customer's customer group while the booking was made.
