You can here see a list of the substitution codes that can be used to insert information about your forms:

• [SIMPLEFORMTEXT1] is replaced by insertion text 1 written under the simple form settings.
• [SIMPLEFORMTEXT2] is replaced by insertion text 2 written under the simple form settings
• [SIMPLEFORMTEXT3] is replaced by insertion text 3 written under the simple form settings.
• [FORMLINKURL] is replaced by the link to the form. Please note that this substitution code can be used in the above-mentioned insertion texts only.
