GECKO Booking's Sygeforsikring "danmark" feature enables you to make automatic report to Sygeforsikring "danmark" via the booking system. The automatic report is made after a receipt has been completed, and it is thus tied to the cash register system. Before automatic reports can be made, the system must be set up correctly. The following steps must be completed:

• Service codes: You must assign a service code to the services that can be reported (See Service codes for more information).
• Employee with provider number: You must enter the provider numbers of the employees who have such a number (See Employee with provider number for more information).

In addition, the following standard features must be activated:

• Social security number: As making a report requires that the customer has a social security number, the use of SSN must be activated. This is done under the settings of the cash register by activating the feature 'Show customer's social security number' located under the tab 'Receipt information' (See the separate guide Cash Register Add-On for more information). We also recommend that you activate the use of SSN elsewhere in the booking system, e.g., on the customer's profile. This is done under the advanced settings (See the separate guide Main guide for more information.
• Force employee: As making a report requires that it is recorded on an employee with a provider number, we recommend that you activate the 'force employee' feature in the cash register. This feature makes choosing an employee a requirement before a receipt can be completed. The feature is activated under the settings of the cash register under the tab 'General' (See the separate guide Cash Register Add-On for more information).

When the system has been set up, you can start making reports (See Make report for more information). The booking system saves a list of all reports made via the booking system in the last 8 weeks (See List of reports for more information).
