Fill out LKT Record
When you have created a new record at the customer's record front page, you will automatically be transferred to the record itself where you can enter information about the customer. At the top of the page you can access the different sections of the record. You have the following options:

Please note! In all sections of the record you have the option of either updating or archiving the record. By pressing the 'Update' button, any changes made to the record will be saved. The 'Update' button must therefore always be pressed before you leave the record. If you press 'Archive', the record will be archived, i.e., it will no longer be possible to edit or delete it. |
