Guides - Edit customer services

You can change the duration and price of services for one particular customer only. This could be used if a customer always is a bit difficult and therefore the service takes 10 minutes more than normal to perform. The fixed price could be used if the customer always pays a cheaper price, because (s)he makes many bookings.

By clicking on 'Edit customer services' on the customer's profile, you will be the transferred to the above shown page, where you can see a list of all created services and the standard duration of these. You cannot change the standard duration here. Changes must be made under 'Services'.

Under the column 'Plus / minus time' you can set how much longer or shorter the service should last for this particular customer. The customer can NOT see that a different length of time is booked for him/her. E.g. if a service normally has a duration of 30 minutes, the customer will see that the service lasts 30 minutes when (s)he makes a booking.

Under the column 'Fixed price' you can set the price that this particular customer should pay for the service; it is this price that the customer can see when (s)he makes a booking.

Here you can determine what service additions should be active for the customer. This means that you can determine what service additions a specific customer should be able to see and book. If you remove the tick in ‘Active for customer' at one of your service additions, the customer will no longer be able to see or book it.

Remember to click on ‘Update' to save any changes!
