Contacts
You can add one or multiple contacts to your customers in the system. This could e.g. be used, if you need to know which dermatologist, doctor, insurance provider, caseworker or the like, your customers have. If this is the case, you create a contact category (e.g. insurance provider) in which you enter the desired contacts (e.g., insurance providers). Afterwards, you can at each customer's profile choose the contact, the customer has. |
The first thing you need to do is to create a contact category, i.e., the category of contacts you want to add to the system. It does not matter which customer profile you create the category from. You can create a new category by entering the name of the category at the bottom right corner of the tab, and subsequently clicking on 'Create category'. You will automatically be transferred to a page at which you can create contacts in the category. At the top of the page you can change the name of the category. To create a new contact within the category, you must fill out the contact's information and then click on 'Create new contact'. The contact has now been created and appears at the very bottom of the page. You can edit the information you have entered about the contact by clicking on 'Edit' at the desired contact. You can delete the category by clicking on 'Delete category' located at the bottom right corner. Please note that if you delete a category, all contacts in the category will likewise be deleted. |

Please note! The categories and contacts you create will be active for all customers in all customer groups. You only need to create a contact once, after which it can be chosen on all customer profiles. Therefore, it does not matter which customer you create the contact category for. You can create an unlimited number of categories and an unlimited number of contacts in each category. |
When you have created the desired number of contacts, you can choose the customer's contact at the customer's profile. You choose the desired contact by searching for it in the search space. When you have chosen a contact, it will appear on the customer's profile, where you can edit or delete the contact from the customer's profile by clicking on the green pencil icon or the red x icon. You access the 'Edit category' page by clicking on the cog wheel next to the category name. |
