Service link

You can use different types of links to your serivice, which means that the booking will be based on  e.g. the specific service, course overview, form or the like, instead of the weekly/weekly calendar view.

Please note that this feature needs to be activated under 'Settings' -> 'Advanced settings' -> 'Back end - General'.

  • Direct link: In connection with the booking of a specified service, where the date and time are predetermined for the customer (e.g. in connection with an event), you can use a direct link to the service so that, when the customer chooses the service, (s)he will be led directly to the booking confirmation instead of the date and time selector. to see how to do it.
  • Link to insertion code: In connection with the booking of a class/course, you can use an insertion code, which means that your customers will be shown the class/course overview in the booking process. to see how to do it.
  • Link to form: If you wish your customers to be able to fill out a form without an actual booking, you can link the service to a specific form, which will be created with today's date instead of the booking. This date will likewise be used in extractions. To prevent confusion for customers, concerning whether their answers have been saved or not, It is a good idea to create a last page of the form with the text "thank you for your answer", i.e., a page without questions/spaces. Otherwise, the customer will just be transferred to the start page. See edit simple form settings for more information about forms. to see how to set up the link to a form.
