Under 'Class / course – List' you can change settings that give you an opportunity for showing a class and course overview on your webpage. The class/course schedule shows all the details about the classes/courses in a given week. For more information about class and course booking see the guide Class and Course Booking. The settings are changed by ticking (the feature is activated) or unticking (the feature is disabled) the box opposite the setting you want to change. Afterwards, press ‘Update' located at the bottom of the page.

You have the following options:

• Class / course - List: You can activate a class / course overview that gives you the opportunity for showing a list of your classes and courses on your webpage. When you have activated the feature by ticking the box, more spaces appear (As shown in the screenshot). You can determine how many days into the future the list should contain.
• Text colour: Here you can determine which colour the text should have. Per default the classes will be shown in the following different colors:
  • Green: Available
  • Yellow: Waiting list
  • Red: Fully booked - also on the waiting list
  • Grey: The class is over

Remember to press ‘Update' in order to save any changes!

By pressing the link, you can see the overview and how your changes look. The list is inserted on your webpage using the insertion code in the text space. GECKO Booking will help you with inserting the code on your webpage free of charge.
