Service addition overview

On the service addition overview you can see a list of all created service additions. When you have created a service addition for one service, the service addition will be shown automatically on the list of all other services. However, the service addition is only activated for the service it has been created for and it must be activated manually for all other services. You can thereby activate a service addition for another service with a single click without having to create the service addition again.

By default, all services have unique service additions and any activated service additions apply to the chosen service only. However, a service can subscribe to the service additions of another service. For instance, if you offer two types of massage that should have the same service additions, you can choose to let massage type 1 subscribe to the service additions of massage type 2. This feature can be activated under the settings of the desired service (See Settings for more information).

At the top of the page you can see a list of all created service additions. You have the following options:

  • Show online: You can choose whether the service addition should be available for booking by customers, i.e. via online booking. If the service addition has been created for the chosen service, this feature will be activated by default. If the service addition has been created for another service, the service addition must be activated manually here. You can choose all service additions in the group by ticking the box 'All'.
  • Show quick book: You can choose whether the service addition should be available for booking via quick book. If the service addition has been created for the chosen service, this feature will be activated by default. If the service addition has been created for another service, the service addition must be activated manually here. You can choose all service additions in the group by ticking the box 'All'.
  • Name: You can change the name of the service addition.
  • Settings: You can change the settings of the service addition. See Edit service addition for more information.
  • Price: You can change the price of the service addition.
  • Missing item no. / linked to the cash register: If you have purchased the Cash Register Add-On, you can see whether the service addition is linked to the cash register system. If the symbol shows a linked chain, the service addition is linked to the cash register. If the symbol shows a broken chain, the service addition is not linked to the cash register system. You can add an item number to the service addition under the settings of the service addition (See Edit service addition for more information).
  • Book time: You can change the length of time the system books when the service addition is booked.
  • Show min: You can change the length of time the customer sees the service addition lasts when (s) he books it.
  • Move: You can change the order of the service additions by pressing on the blue arrows opposite the service addition you want to move. By changing the order of the service additions here, you change the order in quick book and online booking too.
  • Tick: You can choose one or more service additions that you in the drop-down list under 'Do with ticked' can perform an action with. You can move the ticked service additions to another service group, delete the ticked service additions, or move them to an inactive group. The inactive service additions are no longer shown in quick book or in online booking, but they are not deleted. You can activate them again, if you want to offer the service additions again at a later time. You can choose all service additions in the group by ticking the box 'All'.

Remember to press ‘Update list' in order to save any changes!


Please note! When you make any changes in a service addition, you change the service addition for all services. If you want a particular service to have the service addition in a different form, you must create a new service addition that you activate for this service only.


You also have the option of changing the order of the service addition groups by pressing the blue arrows opposite the names of the groups. By changing the order of the groups here, you change the order in quick book and online booking too. In addition, you can delete a group by pressing the symbol showing a 'No entry' sign. When you delete a service addition group, all service additions in this group are moved to the inactivate group. From this group you can move the service addition to a different group. A service addition must be in an active group before it can be booked!
