Guides - Date elaborated

Date elaborated

By clicking on a calendar name in the daily or weekly view, you can view an elaborated version of the chosen date. In addition, you can close/open working hours and book appointments for customers on the chosen calendar.

At the top of the page you can see a list of all bookings on the chosen date, where you can delete a booking or be transferred to the specific booking.

Date view
By default, the date is divided into ¼ hours with a green background indicating that the time is available for booking, and a red background indicating that the time is not available for customer bookings. However, it can still be booked manually. Times with an 'X' that cannot be ticked, are times already booked. At the bottom right corner, you can choose which intervals you want to view the calendar in, and also determine the start and finish time for the calendar view. Press ‘Save view' and your viewing settings have been saved!

How to book an appointment for a customer
In order to book an appointment for a customer directly in the calendar, you need to tick the interval you want to book. Subsequently, you need to click on ‘Book time for customer'. The time has now been booked and you will be transferred to the specific booking. At this page you can enter information about e.g. the service that should be booked and the name of the customer.

How to create working hours
If you want to create working hours that are operative on this particular day only (e.g. if you want to have longer opening hours), you can create working hours directly in the calendar. Tick the interval you want to create the working hours in, and press ‘Create working hours'. The working hours have been created!

How to close working hours
Closing hours works almost the same way as the creation of working hours; Tick the interval you want to close and press ‘Close ticked times'. The interval has now been closed! If you want to close all working hours on that particular day press 'Tick all' and then 'Close ticked times'. This feature can be used if you are gone for an entire day due to a holiday, a lieu day, or the like, and you want to close this particular calendar.

Print the date
In the top right corner, you have the option of printing the day and writing a date-specific note in the calendar.

Take a calender out of service
In the top right corner, you can take the calendar out of service by moving any bookings and subsequently closing all working hours on this particular calendar and day.
