Booking status

You have the option to activate the feature booking status, which makes it possible to give all bookings a status. This could, for instance. be relevant if you have a secretary, who greets your clients, and you want to be able to see whether or not your clients have arrived without leaving the treatment room. In this scenario you could create a status named ‘Arrived' and another named ‘Delayed'. The secretary will then be able to change the status of the booking, when the customer has arrived, or if the customer contacts the clinic in order to alert you of a delay. Thereby, you can see whether or not your customers have arrived without having to leave the treatment room.

By activating this function, you can create extracts of booking statuses under the menu item 'Customers', which enables you to make statistics over, fx, customer attendances.
