Back-end: Stock

Under 'Stock' you can change settings that affect the stock feature. Please note that the use of a stock requires the purchase of the Cash Register Add-On (See the guide Cash Register Add-On for more information). The settings are changed by ticking (the feature is activated) or unticking (the feature is disabled) the box opposite the setting you want to change. Afterwards, press ‘Update' located at the bottom of the page.

You have the following options:

  • Use stock: You can activate the use of a stock. The stock feature is not activated by default.
  • Show on item list?: You can determine whether the item stock should be activated on the item list. The item list is the item overview that appears when you under ‘Cash register settings' choose ‘Items'. This feature is activated by default, i.e. the item stock will be shown here if the stock feature is activated.
  • Edit single stock?: You can determine whether it should be possible to edit the stock status of an item when you view this single item. This feature is activated by default, i.e. the item stock will be shown here if the stock feature is activated.
  • Shared stock: If you have more than one cash register attached to your account, you can choose whether to use separate stocks or whether they should share a shock. Separate stocks are used by default.
  • Standard stock: You can determine which cash register and thereby which stock should be used in the online shop.

Remember to press ‘Update' in order to save any changes!
