Under 'Prepayment' you can edit the settings that affect the feature of using prepayment as payment method in the cash register. This prepayment funtions like a voucher, and is used as payment method for different services bought by the customers. The settings are changed by ticking (the feature is activated) or unticking (the feature is disabled) the box opposite the setting you want to change. Afterwards, press ‘Update' located at the bottom of the page.

Please note! This feature has to be activated by GECKO. Therefore, please contact us if you wish to make use of this feature. 

• Prepayment: Here you can activate the use of prepayment. The prepayment feature is not activated by default. 
• Prepayment item no.: Here you should state an item number for the prepayment. This has to be done, since this prepayment is an item that can be bought in the cash register. When you have given the prepayment an item number, you have the option of searching for this item in the item database, using the space 'Item number' in the cash register. 
• Prepayment item name: Here you should state an item name for the prepayment. This has to be done, since this prepayment is an item that can be bought in the cash register. When you have given the prepayment an item name, you have the option of searching for this item in the item database, using the space 'Description' in the cash register.
