Under 'General' you can change settings that affect the customer part of the booking system generally. The settings are changed by ticking (the feature is activated) or unticking (the feature is disabled) the box opposite the setting you want to change. Afterwards, press ‘Update' located at the bottom of the page.

You have the following options:

• Online booking active: If the box is ticked, online booking is active and your customers can book appointments online. The box is ticked by default, and this feature should only rarely be disabled.
• Sort calendars by: You can determine how your calendars should be sorted, i.e. the order in which your calendars are shown. You can choose to sort your calendars by name, where the calendars will be shown in alphabetical order, or to show your calendars in a random order. Please note that this setting only applies to calendars that have the same priority, as the calendars otherwise will be sorted according to their priorities.
• Calendar +/- time is shown to customers: You can determine whether the customer can see if the employee has +/- time on a specific service. The customer can hereby see how much time the employee actually requires to perform the service.
• Activate booking basket: If you put a tick here, you will give your customers the opportunity to place bookings in a basket before they are actually confirmed by the him/her.

Remember to press ‘Update' in order to save any changes!
