Back-end: E-conomic integration
Under 'E-conomic integration' you can change settings that affect the e-conomic feature. Please note that the use of e-conomic requires the purchase of the Cash Register Add-On (See the guide Cash Register Add-On for more information) as well as using the accounting program e-conomic. The settings are changed by ticking (the feature is activated) or unticking (the feature is disabled) the box opposite the setting you want to change. Afterwards, press ‘Update' located at the bottom of the page. Cash register statements: Press 'Go to cash register settings' to activate the economic integration and thus the option of exporting cash register statements to the accounting program e-conomic. You can activate the feature under the tab 'Settings for cash register export'. Connect to e-conomic: Here you have the opportunity to connect to e-conomic using the integration APP token. If you do not have an APP token click on 'Click here to get one'. You will now be shown a window in which you state agreement no., user ID, and password to E-conomic, and then click on 'Grant access'. Your APP token will now be created. This you need to copy and insert in the space opposite 'APP token' in GECKO. Invoice drafts: Here you can activate the use of invoice drafts. This means that you can export both invoices and online orders to an invoice draft in e-conomic. Then you can still edit the information in the draft and make sure everything is correct, before you make the complete record of the export. Please note that the actual record will take place in the e-conomic program. Under 'Invoice drafts' you have different setting options: You must enter a debtor ID in 'Create on Debitor' corresponding to the debtor you want invoice drafts created on in e-conomic. In addition, the GECKO item numbers must also exist in E-conomic, as the invoice sheet can only be created with existing item numbers in e-conomic. Below you can tick off the box(es) opposite 'Online order' or 'Invoice' and choose if you wish to transfer your online orders and/or your invoices to the invoice drafts in e-conomic. You can tick off one or both spaces. When you have ticked off the desired spaces, you will be able to see three extra text spaces, in which you can insert substituion codes. You can e.g. insert the following (the codes can be inserted in all three spaces): [EACH_BOOKING_BEGIN]
If you have decided that your online orders should be transferred to the invoice drafts in e-conomic, you can export these via your online order overview ('Cash register' -> 'Online order'). Any online invoices can also be transferred via the online order list, if the 'Invoice' space has been ticked off. If you have decided that your invoices should be transferred to the invoice drafts in e-conomic, you can export these via your invoice list ('Cash register' -> 'Debtor overview' -> 'Invoice list'). Every time you transfer an invoice or an online order to an invoice draft, an 'Incident' list using green and red icons, will show if your transfer was correct (green) or contained errors (red). If there is only green icons on the list, your transfer is correct, but if there is also red icons there will be errors in the transfer. You then need to decide if you will just edit the errors in the invoice draft in e-conomic or want to delete the transfer, edit the errors and then transfer to the invoice draft again. |
