Back-end: Email settings

  • Email: Here you can enter one or more e-mail addresses that you want to send something to, when an online booking is created (customer booking). You also have the option to insert one or more Booking extra spaces, as seen in the picture above. If you wish to add more e-mail addresses or booking extra spaces these must be separated with commas (,).
  • Send meeting invitation: By ticking this box you will gain access to more options for the meeting invitation.
  • Edit topic, location and description: If you have entered valid e-mail addresses in the space above, a meeting invitation will be sent to these when new customer bookings are made. The meeting invitation will include the selected topic, location and description. If you have not entered anything in the location, the system will use the address connected to your agreement number. In the location and description space you also have the option to use booking extra spaces. When using Booking extra spaces, these will be filled out in the booking process and will appear in the meeting invitation.
  • Own copy confirm mails: Out a tick here if you wish that BES files, that has been filled in and oploaded when the customer has booked an appointment, should be attached to the mail you receive, when a booking has been completed.
