Guides - Back-end: Vouchers

Under 'Vouchers' you can change settings that affect your vouchers. Please note that the use of vouchers requires that the Gift Voucher Add-On has been purchased (See the guide Gift Voucher Add-On for more information).  The settings are changed by ticking (the feature is activated) or unticking (the feature is disabled) the box opposite the setting you want to change. Afterwards, press ‘Update' located at the bottom of the page.

You have the following options:

• Alternative print: If this feature is activated, it is possible to print vouchers of an alternative size, i.e., in a different size than the default A4. This feature therefore enables you to create vouchers that match your desired design. Please note that self-print vouchers always will be in A4. If this feature is activated, new voucher texts will appear under 'Settings' -> 'Texts' that contain the text that will be inserted on vouchers that are printed in an alternative size. If you use both self-print vouchers and vouchers in an alternative size, you must therefore create two versions of all voucher texts.
• Alternative print size: You can determine which size the alternative vouchers should have. By ticking the box 'Resize default text to selected size (must be edited)', the new voucher texts will be resized to the size you have chosen here. Please remember to edit the voucher texts for vouchers of an alternative size.

Remember to press 'Update' in order to save any changes!
