Front-end: Forms

Under 'Forms' you can change settings that affect how forms are shown to the customer. Please note that this requires the purchase of the Questionnaire Add-On (See the guide Questionnaire Add-On for more information).  The settings are changed by ticking (the feature is activated) or unticking (the feature is disabled) the box opposite the setting you want to change. Afterwards, press ‘Update' located at the bottom of the page.

You have the following options:

  • Questionnaire: You can choose when questionnaires should be shown to the customer. By default, questionnaires are shown before choose date/time, but you can choose to show questionnaires after choose date/time instead. Please note that this applies to three-part forms only.
  • Attach PDF: Here you are able to create PDF reports containing the customer's answers. This report can be used internally in the company or be e-mailed to the customer.
  • Allow editing: Allow that a form can be edited until a service is booked to which the specific form is linked. 

Remember to press ‘Update' in order to save any changes!
